Completing Registration

All Forms and Final payment are due June 1st. *
Full registration and complete camper forms will ensure that your camper is all set for camp and a spot reserved on the camp bus. 
*After June  1st, Full Payment and ALL forms are DUE at Time of Registration.

1.     Create your account and register your first camper (see above).

2.     To register additional campers, log in to your account and complete a new camper application for each child.

3.     Submit Payment:  $300 deposit or full payment is due at time of registration. Then select payment plan option or submit full payment by June 1st.

4.     Log in to your account and complete all required camper forms by June 1st  or at time of registration.

5.     Log in to your account and make a payment (see below). $300 deposit (per camper, per session) due at time of registration. Full payment is due on June 1st or can be submitted at time of registration.
 

Required Forms - Complete By June 1st

All forms are located in the Forms & Documents section of your online account.
After June 1st, all forms are due at time of registration.

  1. Camper Application. Required if you enrolled your child for 2013 over the phone or before the launch of our new online account system. This ensures we have the most up-to-date information about your child. Please allow 5-10 minutes to complete and have up-to-date emergency contact information handy.
  2. Camper Health History. If you do not have your camper's immunization dates on hand, you can still complete the form and update with immunization dates by May 1st.

Make A Payment

To secure your camper's spot, a $300 deposit (per camper, per session) is required
at time of registration. Full payment is due June 1st. After June 1st, full payment is due at time of registration. Follow these steps to make a payment:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on the Financial Management icon.
  3. Add a credit card to the secure credit card vault if you have not already done so.
  4. Follow instructions on screen to make a payment.

Getting Ready for the Summer

  1. Photos and Camp News. Login to your account to see camp photos and camp news during the summer.
  2. Transportation. We will email you with bus stop confirmation after your application is submitted. See our Transportation Page for available options.
  3. Extended Care Programs. See our CampPlus Page for more information about our before & after-care programs, including free Reservoir Club after-care.
  4. Parent Information. Please review our Parent Info and camp calendar to prepare your child for the summer and stay up to date on events at camp.

Payment Methods and Payment Plans

We accept check, Visa or MasterCard for payments. We offer interest-free payment plans for families who wish to arrange tuition payment in smaller installments over the course of several months. Learn more about payment plans.

The Roughing It Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our camp programs. All our staff are dedicated to making sure every child's experience at camp is safe, fun, and fulfilling. To this end, we fully guarantee your child's satisfaction at camp or we'll give you a refund. We know that starting camp can be a period of transition for children, so we recommend parents work with us pro-actively from day one if any issue arises. Our counselors and administrative staff are all here to help!

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to discourage last minute cancellations and to help families on our waiting list. The fee is refundable minus 10% up to May 1. After May 1, there is no refund unless the space can be filled by another camper. During camp, there is no refund for camper illness, missed days, vacations, or dismissal from the program.

Childcare Tax Credit Information

Roughing It is a non-residential camp and thus qualifies as a childcare tax credit for children up to the age of twelve. Roughing It's Tax ID Number (EIN) is 91-0896216 and we send out official tax documents to our enrolled families in January.
