Convenient, Easy Registration
Registration can be completed
online or done over the phone. A deposit of $300 is
required to confirm registration in the program of your choice. Currently
all our programs are open, but spaces fill fast!
Completing the Enrollment Process
Registration is the first step to getting your camper ready for
the summer. Depending on whether your camper is new or returning,
you may need to fill out health history and camper application forms
by May 1st. We have provided a step-by-step guide to help you
complete the enrollment process before the summer starts. Choose
from one of the following:
Payment Information
We accept check, Visa or MasterCard for all payments. We offer an interest-free payment plan for
families requiring special arrangements, but all camp fees must be paid
prior to the the beginning of camp. Contact our office for
details.
Refunds
Our refund policy is designed
to discourage last minute cancellations and to help families on the waiting
list. The fee is refundable minus 10% up to May 1. After May 1,
there is no refund unless the space can be filled by another camper.
During camp, there is no refund for camper illness, missed days or
vacations, or dismissal from the program.
