For our full-day camp programs we offer CampPlus, our before and after camp programs. CampPlus offers flexible scheduling; sign up for just the days you need and the activities your camper is interested in.

Morning Extended Care. Drop off at our Lafayette Office between 7:00-8:15am.

Breakfast Club: Light breakfast and games. $5/day.

Afternoon Extended Care. Activities run 3:00-5:30pm. Transportation drop off 5:30-6:30pm.

Swim Club: Swimming lessons and games. $25/day.
Saddle Club: Horseback riding lessons. $35/day*
Twilight Fishing: Fishing at the Res. $30/day.
Reservoir Club: Crafts & sports at the Res. Free**

*Saddle Club is open to 1st graders and up in our 4 & 8 week Day Camp or Horse Camp programs only.

**Reservoir Club is free when you register by 1:00pm the Friday before the week of activities.

How to Register

Registration for CampPlus is on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the popularity of CampPlus, we recommend registering as early as possible.

The deadline to register online for CampPlus is 1:00pm the Friday before the week of activities. Call 925-283-3795 or email camp@roughingit.com for same-week registration. A $5 late fee will be applied for same-week registration for our paid extended care programs, and $25 for same-week registration for Reservoir Club.

Same-day registrations or changes are not possible except in cases of emergency.

Discounts

Get a $25 discount when you sign up your camper for six or more days of Swim Club, Twilight Fishing, Saddle Club, and Breakfast Club by 1:00pm of the Friday before their session begins. The $25 discount applies once per camper/session.

Refunds

CampPlus refunds are available if Roughing It is notified of a camper's withdrawal from CampPlus with one day's (24 hours) notice of the activity date. Same-day withdrawals will be charged as a full day. There are no refunds for changes in activities due to inclement weather.
