Nox Cramer

Waterfront Counselor, 1st Year Staff Member Seattle University – Environmental Science major Hi there! I’m Nox, and I’m totally excited to be on Waterfront Staff at Roughing It this summer 🙂 I’m also going to be attending Seattle University in the fall with a major in Environmental Science! I’ve been a total fish since I was a young kid and I’m super excited to facilitate fun water activities with campers this summer. I’m a total creative and honestly looking to have fun with campers! Can’t wait to explore nature with the kids, see you all soon!

Aidan Robleto

Waterfront Assistant Counselor, 1st Year Staff Member Cal Poly San Luis Obispo — Mechanical Engineering major Hi! My name is Aidan, and I am proud member of the Roughing It staff this summer! I am an Eagle Scout, a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor, and a Mechanical Engineering Major at Cal Poly SLO. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and backpacking, surfing, drawing and painting, and climbing. I can’t wait for an awesome summer at camp!

Jack Rogers

Fishing Counselor, 1st Year Staff Member UC Berkeley — Data Science and Marine Ecology major I grew up an ocean-loving kid – fishing, free diving, and enjoying the coastal environment of Orange County, California. I now study Data Science and Marine Ecology at UC Berkeley and am passionate about discovering how AI technology can help our oceans. I am a very social human who loves summer! I believe spending time outdoors in good company is one of the best ways to genuinely recreate. My fun fact: I’ve been bitten by a shark (no major injuries luckily). I can’t wait to use my fishing expertise to help campers catch as many fish as possible and maybe even encounter ‘Big Fred’ all the while teaching them about the aquatic ecosystem of Lafayette Reservoir.

Peter Caprio

Fishing Counselor, 1st Year Staff Member Colorado State University — Computer Science major I am 19 years old, I was born and raised in Lafayette, California and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I am currently studying Computer Science at Colorado State University and having a great time doing it. I have a deep appreciation for the nature of the Bay Area (especially the oak woodlands around my house in Burton Valley) and it’s because of this interest that I spend so much time studying it and its history. I have been doing all sorts of outdoor stuff for my whole life, especially fishing but also a lot of hiking, trail running and skiing. I’m looking forward to providing the camp with positive energy and interesting information!
