Roughing It Day Camp and Horse Camps are currently recruiting staff who have a sincere desire to lead and serve children. We are looking to hire individuals of the very highest moral character who will serve as exceptional role models for our campers.

Specific requirements for positions at Roughing It include:

• Complete Season - 9 week commitment*
• Previous youth leadership experience
• High moral character
• Completion of freshman level of college, or equivalent
• Excellent work/leadership references
• Willing to work in a drug & alcohol-free environment and to submit to alcohol & drug testing
• 2 Friday night campouts
