Starting Salaries for Full-Time Administrators
Roughing It offers starting full-time salaries and positions that take into account previous employment at Roughing It or another summer/recreational camp. We do not normally deviate from the salaries listed below.

Salary Promotions to Program Administrator, Associate Director, and Director
After successfully completing the Program Supervisor and Program Director levels, staff progress to the Program Administrator and Associate Director, and finally Director levels. Promotions are entirely at the discretion of the Roughing It Day Camp Directors.

Salary Promotions at the Camp Director Level
Once a full-time administrator reaches the Director level, there is a consistent salary progression. All progressions and promotions are entirely at the discretion of the Roughing It Day Camp Directors.
