Forms can be faxed to 925-283-1619, emailed to registrar@roughingit.com, or mailed to PO Box 1266, Orinda. All forms are due May 1 or at time of registration.

Register. If you haven't already done so, register for the upcoming summer. You can register online or call 925-283-3795. To pay an existing balance, use our payment form.
Annual Update. After we receive your registration we will send you our yearly Returning Camper Annual Update Form to complete and return.
Medical Release. If your camper has medication they will bring to camp (prescription or over the counter), complete and return our Medication Release Form. This form needs to be completed every year.
Health Verification. For campers enrolled in a 2 and 4-week program, an updated Health Verification Form signed by your camper's doctor needs to be on file every two years. Contact us if you are not sure whether you need to complete this form.
Parent Information. Please review our parent information and policies before camp starts, as policies sometimes change from year to year.
Calendar of Events. For 4 and 8-week Day Camp, review our camp calendar and theme days. We have parent visiting days for our 4 and 8-week programs and horse shows for our 2-week horse programs. You are also welcome to join us for a Spring Event or Sample Camp.
Extras. Are there any other items/services you may need? Roughing It offers before and after care with our CampPlus Program, and you can purchase extra T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats if needed. Contact us for additional details.
