Thanks to everyone who participated in "Max's Favorite Stories." You can view the winning stories here.

Hi, My name is Max and I am the camp dog at Roughing It. It's a pretty neat job being the camp dog. I get to go out to camp every day and meet all the campers. Pretty cool (that's how all the older campers talk).

Shhhh! Please don't tell Ann that I have my own web page. I am the very first camp dog in the country to have his own web page. Hobie is showing me how to design my page but its really hard. It would be hard for you too if you had to do all your typing with paws instead of fingers. I am going to ask Dr. Kidd my veterinarian to trim my claws a little shorter.

I am also having my film from last summer developed and am going to have a few pictures of me and my camper friends at Roughing It. So keep checking out my web page and maybe you might see a picture of yourself with me on the world wide web. Pretty cool!

Did you read my article in the last issue of the Roughing It Newsletter on our Camp Critters? It was a GREAT article if I do say so myself and I am getting much better with my typing. So keep looking for more of my articles. Maybe I can get a second job as a columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle. Pretty cool!
