Part-Time Employment Salary Information

promotions and bonuses are entirely at the discretion of the
Roughing It Camp Directors.

Promotions
are based on hours worked as opposed to the length of
employment. On the table below, 1 month is, therefore,
equivalent to one month of full-time employment.

In
addition to the hourly salary, if you are employed by
Roughing It and you have a child that you would like to have
attend one of our Roughing It Camp programs, the registration
fee for your child will be reduced or waived.
